Tuition

The tuition fee is set annually by the St. Edmund School Board. Tuition does not cover the cost of books, uniforms or any extracurricular activities fees. Tuition for the 2008 - 2009 school year is $270 per month for elementary students (Grades K - 6) and $345 per month for junior high and high school students.   Pre-Kindergarten tuition is $345 a month.  Tuition is paid for 12 months.

St. Edmund utilizes a tuition draft program.  Families may pay tuition in any of the following ways:

ü       Pay tuition in full by May 31, 2008 (Receive a 3% discount off tuition for advance payment)

ü        Pay the tuition in monthly installments by bank draft; drafts begin July 10th.

You must make your payments by bank draft, or otherwise pay for year in advance.  Families are required to contact the school if at any time they are unable to make a payment due to an extraordinary circumstance.

Family Plan Discounts
St. Edmund Catholic School provides Family Plan Discounts for families with more than one student attending the school.  Tuition can be reduced from 12 to 29 percent depending on the number of children enrolled.

Fees
The School maintains the following fees.  Book/Activity Fee of $100 (grades Pre-K-8) and $140 for grades 9-12 per student.  These fees are due at registration time in the form of a post dated check dated June 1.

A Building and Maintenance Fee is $100 per family.  A technology fee of $50 per student is accessed.  The Building and Maintenance Fee as well as the Technology Fee is due as a post dated check for June 1.

Non-Catholic students and students outside of St. Anthony Catholic Church Parish are charged $150/child (up to 3 children/family) fee.  Please provide you pastor with the Parish Subsidy Form on page 4 of the registration packet.  It becomes the responsibility of the parent if their church refuses to pay or if they are non-Catholic.

Registration Fee
There is no registration fees other than a $12/child Diocesan Tax.  New Families are asked to pay a one-time processing fee.  The fee is actually the family's May Tuition.

Service Hours
Families are asked to work 2 hours per child at the School's Annual Spring Fair.
