Tuition
The tuition fee is set annually by the St. Edmund School Board. Tuition does not cover the cost of books, uniforms or any extracurricular activities fees. Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year will be $385 per month for elementary students (Grades Pre-K - 5) and $480 per month for middle and high school students.  Tuition is paid for 12 months.

St. Edmund utilizes a tuition draft program. Families may pay tuition in any of the following ways:

• Pay tuition in full by May 31 (Receive a 3% discount off tuition for advance payment)
• Pay the tuition in monthly installments by bank draft; drafts begin June.  Tuition draft fee is $45 per year through FACTS Tuition Management.

 
You must make your payments by bank draft, or otherwise pay for year in advance. Families are required to contact the school if at any time they are unable to make a payment due to an extraordinary circumstance.

Family Plan Discounts
St. Edmund Catholic School provides Multi-Child Discounts for families with more than one student attending the school. Contact school bookkeeper for specifics. 337-457-3777.

Fees
The School maintains the following fees. Book/Activity Fee of $190 (grades Pre-K-12).  A Family Organizations Fee of $25 per family.  A Building and Maintenance Fee is $150 per family. A technology fee of $100 per student is assessed. The Building and Maintenance Fee, Technology Fee and Book/Activity Fee are due as a post-dated check for June 1.
A Capital Campaign Fee is $50 per month per family. The Capital Campaign Fee is dedicated to payment of debt incurred to construct the new multi-purpose facility. The fee is to be applied to each family and will last over the life of the loan. This fee will begin June 1 and added to your monthly tuition fee. (Previous donors may be exempted, please consult the Development Office for more information.)  
 
Non-Catholic students and students outside of Catholic Church Parish are charged $150/child (up to 3 children/family) fee. Please provide you pastor with the Parish Certificate on page 4 of the registration packet.  It becomes the responsibility of the parent if their pastor refuses to pay or if they are non-Catholic.

Registration Fee
Pre-registration fees are $100/student. After the two-week pre-registration period, registration fee is $150/student. A $24/child Diocesan Tax is also due at registration.  

Service Hours
Families are to provide 10 service hours plus 2 hours per child must be worked at the School's Annual Spring Fair. If these hours are not met, $25/hour up to 10 hours will be assessed.
